Although we work with any customized orders but one of our most popular shopping bags are of size 30cm x (7cm+7cm) x 50cm  of 40micron of different colors . color poly bags are manufactured following same process of blow molding where as the differences lies in plastic engineering techniques to bring out exact colors required.

Poly Bags

Another of our most popular featured product is food grade poly bags. They are of 100% virgin poly ethylene materials of high density (HDPE). they are tested in laboratory for food grade quality for any long term storage in room temperature or lower above 24h and at temperature below 7°c  is up to 5days with no harmful residues to humans found; mainly they are used to store frozen foods and are also regarded highly in many bakeries for their easy to use and efficient packaging qualities on a day to day basis. Although different companies ask for different sizes but our most on demand size is 18cm x (4cm+4cm) x 35cm of 6micron.

HANGER

The plastic hanger fabricated by us at each and every stage of developments. we offer plastic hanger for all kinds of fashion wear. We produce hangers of natural colors and varied colors which are very classy and light weight. To produce these hangers we use virgin raw materials through plastic engineering techniques. GUM TAPE

One of the most complex products of us is gum tape. These are industrial use tapes although they have extensive use at stationeries and packaging. first large films of poly propylene (pp) films are made through blow molding process, then these massive films go through adhesive coating process ; during this process those large pp films which are now coated with adhesives are cut at small rolls of required size (width & height). These tapes are water resistant from outside.

PLASTIC CONE

Plastic cone is one of the unique products. They are also famously known as bobbin at different parts of the world. a cone is the part of a sewing machine. We produce virgin materials cone & also recycled materials cone of any color. We have high quality metal mold which smoothly produce these bobbin such as; 2 degree plastic cone, 0 degree plastic vicone, 2 degree vicone etc.
